Do you support our email? What about my historical email? MS Teams?
Below are the most frequently asked questions around email archiving. Considering the diversity of our clients and their technical setups, schedule a 15 minute walk through with the Solutions Team who will quickly guide you to the best solution fit and fully answer your specific questions.
What email platforms do you support?
Intradyn works with all top email servers.
MS Exchange, Office 365, Google Workspace (formerly Gsuite), Gmail, Lotus, Groupwise and more – we’ve got your covered.
Can we import historical email?
Yes! you can import all historical emails from your mail server using Intradyn’s email crawling tools, other archiving solution if you are migrating (PSTs, EML files etc).
Can we import PST files?
Absolutely! Our native tool imports all emails from PST files into your organization. Emails with valuable content might be in PST files on the network share, but only you and authorized users can see an access them.
Can we archive MS Teams Chat?
Yes! Out of the box the two native message channels supported by Intradyn are Email & MS Teams Chat. We also support social media and SMS but those channels require additional licenses.
Can users access their emails or is this Admin only access?
Yes! Intradyn offers very granular access control rights allowing Super Admins (think CCO/Compliance Users), Technical admins, Department Heads (having access to their team) and Individual users can absolutely be given access to just their emails (via an Outlook Plugin or our Web Interface).
Do you offer support during examinations?
100% we do!
Intradyn not only includes unlimited support & unlimited training but having worked with Finance firms for the past 20 years we understand very well the bi-annual and surprise examination motions! Not only will you have access to support resources during your examination but every client is assigned a dedicated solution engineer to your account for the life of the account so at examination time you have a resource who is familiar with your business and archive setup and available to help with any searches or exports required at time of examination.
Do you provide a 3rd Party Letter for the Regulators?
Yes, when you sign up with Intradyn’s cloud hosted service we will include for free a 3rd Party Letter for the relevant regulatory authorities. Again we have no hidden charges and include the 3rd party letter with your service.
Do you charge if we want to take our data?
No! We will never charge you to take YOUR data! In fact, one of our driving principals is “your data, is YOUR DATA!” You are welcome to export all your data morning, noon and night and we will never charge nor hold your data hostage.
